is to share the Good news of Jesus Christ
through worship, fellowship, service, witness, and study.

God envisions Broadway United Methodist Church
as a growing and caring faith community focused on serving
others and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with all.
Our church is located in the beautifully appointed downtown of Maryville, Tennessee. The historical Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Library, Maryville College and lots of shops and eateries are located close by.
Church Entrances – There are 6 entrances to our church campus. Our main, sanctuary entrance is located on East Broadway Avenue. There is a handicap entrance on the Patton Street side of the building which will take you to the sanctuary, chapel and elevator. There are two other entrances on Patton Street, one leads to our church administrative and pastoral offices and the other is to the Educational building/Parlor. The fifth and sixth entrances are off Harper Avenue, one is an entrance to the Kitchen and Fellowship Hall and the final entrance is to the Parent’s Day Out program/ Educational building.
Parking – There is a small church parking lot off East Broadway near College Street. Additional parking is located directly across the street from the main entrance on East Broadway in the municipal parking lot. On weekends, other parking is available within close proximity and with easy access to the church entrances.
Ushers and Greeters – Are stationed in the Narthex and chapel entrance to the sanctuary, They will provide you with any information that you may need and will assist getting you settled for worship. They will provide you with a worship bulletin and other information about the service.
Restrooms – Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the campus with 3 that are handicap accessible.
Elevator – The church is complete with an elevator for easy access to most of the activities and programs offered on the campus.
Ritual of Friendship Pads – During each worship service there will be an opportunity to register your attendance on one of the Ritual of Friendship pads. We ask that you place your full information on the pad so that our Pastor may be in contact with you.
Prayer Concerns/Pastoral Assistance – There are cards in the back of each pew where you can make a Prayer Request, or let the office know that you have a pastoral concern.
