It
is such an honor for parents to trust their most precious asset in the
world to our church nursery. Our goal is to nurture the parents as well
as the children by providing a safe and loving environment. We know that
God has definite things to say about parenting in the Bible. Namely, God
wants parents to take time to worship and utilize the Bible to get them
through yet another week of the awesome responsibility of raising kids.
The nursery gives parents an opportunity to spend time in worship,
trusting they are being fed to GO forth and spread the gospel. Most
importantly, to their feeding ground; their family.
Policies and Procedures
Broadway provides secure and loving childcare for your infants and toddlers during all weekend church services and during many church sponsored events.
Experienced adult nursery attendants provide for each child's physical and emotional well-being.
The age limit for the nursery is 2 years old. Once a child reaches 3 years of age, they are encouraged to participate in Sunday School, children's church or attend worship with their parents. Please speak individually with a nursery attendant if you need special consideration.
Parents must sign their child in and out. Please notify the attendant if someone else is to pick up your child. Numbered nametags are provided for each child with a corresponding numbered tag for the diaper bag and for the parent.
Pagers are available.
Bring necessary supplies for your child. Please label everything with your child's name.
Snacks may be available
for toddlers. If you do not want your child to have a snack, please
indicate on the sign-in sheet.
Please let the nursery attendant know of any special instructions (I.e. allergies, potty training).
Doors to our nursery are to remain closed at all times. If you need to check on your child during the service, please do.
Health Precautions- No sick children, please! This includes any of the following symptoms:

Child has vomited in the last 24 hours.

Child has temperature of 100 or higher.

Child has a runny nose with green mucus.

Child has had severe diarrhea within the last 24 hours.

Child has been exposed to a contagious disease (I.e. chicken pox, measles, etc.)
